Photograph 1: I accidently omitted this from my video. It happened because we stopped off to visit our dear friend Liz on the way back from Telford last week and I showed her all my swaps.
When she saw this one, she said she like one like that for a member of her family, so I said I'd keep it separate as a reminder!
I have used a photograph of that swap as the photograph that shows wherever my video appears on YouTube.
Photographs 2 & 3: I asked Helen Winsper what she had used to stamp the sentiment on the ribbon.
She said it was our Black Archival Ink - must give this a try!
It looked absolutely brilliant.
Photograph 4: I love just about everything that's vellum and I love the box frame that Jan of TwinksStamping has put her vellum butterfly in.
This is something else I need to find out how it's done.
Photograph 5: I will confirm this with Andrea, but I think she has inked an acrylic block to stamp the blue background for her card front and then stamped the trees using our Black Archival Ink.
It's also possible that she used a mask as she has included a Dauber in her list of ingredients on the back.

Photograph 6: I love this card - the colour combo, the stamp sets, and of course, the vellum flowers.
There were heat embossed in white then coloured from the back and punched out.
No new techniques for me there, I just love the card!
Photograph 7: Another one I love - the design, the colour and the technique.
I don't have this stamp set........yet, but I will be getting it while it's still available as a bundle!
The stripes have been dry embossed but with the embossing folder inked first.
Photographs 8 & 9: This was a really beautiful set. It was a matching box, card and tag.
Also inside was a bar of chocolate, some biscuits, sweets and a hand wipe.
Angelina put so much effort into her swap - I count myself lucky to have received one.

I'm sure you can see from these seven swaps, why I enjoy swapping so much.

DeleteHi Jan, lovely swaps...if you want to learn how to make the box card, check out The Craft Spa by Amanda Bates...She gives a photo tutorial of how to make them. She calls them shadow boxes. I just learnt how to make them my self, and love them...Ann in Canada

DeleteI forgot to tell that if you make the one inch frame, then on the 4" and 8" score lines, score up to the second score line instead of just to the first, or else the corners won't match up. I found that out yesterday. LOL
