Wedding invitations video

Hello, Crafters.

Today's video was requested when one of my YouTube subscribers saw the wedding invitations I made for my daughter recently.

My subscriber asked if I'd show how I assembled the card and avoided having the page inserts dropping out!

My daughter's invitation had just two pages but an invitation I made for one bride had a total of six or seven pages!

This was more of a challenge but I used the same method and all pages stayed secure.

The final page was a RSVP and was perforated, so it tore out nicely.

The Stampin' Up! Retirement List is now available and unfortunately this embossing folder is no longer available.

However, there is a new one that will be available in the new annual catalogue that is an all over embossed pattern, except for a heart in the centre.

I haven't seen this folder but I can imagine it would work beautifully with the heat embossing being visible under  the heart.

That's about it for today. Untill tomorrow, happy crafting.

JanB.

  1. The Janb way IS the "right way"! So glad to have seen this video, Jan and I have to say, that all the way through I was translating it to a very special Christmas card idea since I have no weddings in view. What a brilliant creation it is though and I loved the attention you gave to tying the ribbon at the end ... very helpful and such a beautiful card indeed. Thanks so much for sharing and to the individual who requested it as a video tutorial!

    1. Hi, Geraldine. I hadn't thought of that, but you're right, there's no reason why thi can be used for a special birthday or Christmas card. ☺ Happy crafting, JanB.
