Grateful Bunch Thank You Card

Hello, Crafters.

I hope you've had a great Easter weekend.

Today's card is a simple Thank You card using the Grateful Bunch Stamp Set, which will be retiring at the end of May.

I started with a card base of Whisper White Cardstock (CS), with a layer of Pink Piroutte CS and a top layer of Whisper White CS.

I stamped two sprigs of leaves from the Grateful Bunch Stamp Set, positioned so it looks like one sprig coming out of the bottom left hand corner.

For this I used Old Olive Ink.

I stamped five of the smallest flowers on the triple flower stamp onto the edge of some Pink Piroueete CS.

I punched them out using the Blossom Bunch Punch.

Using Old Olive Ink, I stamped the sentiment, which is from the Cottage Greetings Stamp Set, which will also be retiring at the end of May, centrally in the large clear area above the leaves.

I curled the flowers and adhered them randomly on the sprigs of leaves.

The yellow centres are from the Metallic Enamel Shapes which come in Silver and Gold.

I wrapped some Baker's Twine around the bottom left hand corner and was very surprised at how difficult it was to line up!!

I'd covered the reverse corner with Fast Fuse but it as still an effort!

But I persevered and succeeded in the end.

I adhered a layer of Pink Pirouette and of Whisper White CS inside the card.

I stamped the leaf stamp using Old Olive Ink in the bottom right hand corner.

That's about it for today, so until tomorrow, happy crafting.
