I hope you have all had a great Christmas.
Mine has been my best Christmas ever and I'd like to share what happened with you!
After church on Christmas morning, we went home to Vicki's for Christmas dinner, then opened our presents. The five of us tidied up and went over the Glen and Eva's house - Glen is one of Leigh's brothers and Leigh is Vicki's partner. There were thirty one of us altogether, with ages that ranged from two years to eighty!
I'm still not quite sure exactly how this happened but we were enjoying a game of charades, with Leigh, doing the "miming", when all of a sudden he was on one knee in front of Vicki, proposing to her!
I can't tell you how thrilled I am for them both. Vicki has been through some very tough times but has never stopped being the sweet, caring, thoughtful person, I've always been proud to call my daughter! God bless them both!
I made today's card on Christmas Eve, so I had one to share with you today. I knew I wanted to use the new Beautiful You Stamp Set from the soon to be launched Spring Catalogue and I wanted to mask it with the ship from the Traveller.
I made the card using Falling in Love Designer Series Paper (DSP) which is full of superb designs. My problem came when I started thinking about a sentiment. In the absence of Bon Voyage or Welcome Home, I thought Enjoy was the next best sentiment.

CatalogueToday's blog is an experiment to find out if you prefer me to talk through how I made a card as I normally do, or would you like to have the products I've used, listed with catalogue numbers and measurements. Unfortunately, I can't offer to do both, as I think it'll be too time-consuming. Please let me know your thoughts. ☺
Until tomorrow, happy crafting.
JanB.
