This morning I uploaded my video showing how I made the Star of Light Moonbeams Card which I shared here on 15th. September 2016.
I changed the colour from Night of Navy to Elegant Eggplant which I noticed went really well with my lilac top (sleeves) and my nails!
Purely coincidental! LOL.
Yesterday, I did my first class for four months................and loved it!
When I planned my return, I decided that, instead of doing two classes on one day, I'd do one on Saturday afternoon and one on Sunday morning.
This way it would be kinder to my back. I won't be able to make a decision how I feel about it after today's lesson, but so far, so very good.
You may remember the card I shared with you on Friday - the two bells which I said was one of the cards we'd be doing in class this weekend!
It was special because it was meant to be a Christmas card but the sentiment read: "Best Wishes as the wedding bells ring"! LOL.
I really must be more careful!!
Needless to say, I changed the sentiment for today's class and used Merry Christmas from Hang Your Stocking - see photographs 3 and 4!
I'd known all week that I wanted to make a magnetic bookmark as the 3D project but didn't get around to designing it until yesterday morning.
I had also been trying to stick to using one stamp set and one pack of Designer Series Paper for all three projects.
I succeeded with this idea and was really please with the outcome!
That's it for now. My ladies will start arriving soon so must get myself ready. I wish you a happy Sunday. Until tomorrow, Happy crafting.

Another beautiful Christmas card ... yes, that is one truly lovely stamp set, isn't it?! So much to offer. I love what you have done with the rhinestones in this one ... like you, I prefer the pearls for most other card subjects, but for stars and snowflakes, you really cannot do better than our SU Rhinestones ... quite exquisite!
ReplyDeleteHi, Geraldine. I agree, it's a great stamp set for striking, clean, simple cards. Must play with it more! ☺ Happy crafting, JanB.
