Hello, Crafters.
Today I'm sharing the swaps I received at training last Sunday. They aren't in any particular order and I have put names on them as far as I can.
There's a really great selection of ideas here so I'm really pleased I pushed myself on Saturday to get my swaps done.
Fiona Stanton - this card looks very 3D! Fiona embossed the Sahara Sand layer using the World Traveller Embossing Folder and then she took a design from the Going Places Designer Series Paper (DSP) Stack. She die cut a hole in the DSP using the Circles Collection Framelits. Then she took a piece of Lost Lagoon Cardstock and die cut a smaller hole in it, then adhered it behind the larger hole thus creating a frame around it. Fiona then adhered the DSP to the embossed cardstock using Dimensionals. Such a great idea! It looks so effective.
Linda Kasparian used the small Banner Punch and punched out a number of banners in DSP and some in cardstock. Then she adhered them on her card front using Dimensionals.
Teresa Cain - punched out sheets of note paper using the Scalloped Tag Topper Punch and made it into a little notepad that you can clip to your handbag or purse - love this idea!
Until tomorrow, happy crafting.

ReplyDeleteHi, Pearl. It's a great selection isn't it? This is why I love swapping, the ideas some demos come up with are amazing. ☺ Happy crafting, JanB.
DeleteFun getting to see all the different cards and thanks so much for sharing them with us! Love Sarah Lower's sweet little Easter card best I think ... adorable!
ReplyDeleteHi, Geraldine. Yes, I think Sarah's card is really sweet. The bunny is from the Made with Love Stamp Set I used yesterday - proves its versatility. Happy crafting, JanB.
