Hello, Crafters.
Today's video shows
how I made one of
the Father's Day
cards I made last
week.
This is a card I
didn't include in
my challenge, which
was to make a
Day every day.
On day 3, which
was Wednesday I
created this card
(photographs nos.
1-3) but I decided
to save it for a
video.
The reason was
that I had used
that I thought
were worth
sharing with you.
The techniques I'm
referring to are
how I created the
forest behind the
car with second
generation stamping
and cutting a smaller
label than the
actual punch size
that I used on Dad.
If you look back
I made last week,
you'll see one
that's very similar
to this one - it was
made on Wednesday
but posted here on
Thursday.
That's because,
once I had decided
not to show this
card at that time,
I had to make
another one to
take its place!
This is the video
Father's Day Card
The second card
I am showing you
today is card no.
2 for this week's
challenge which
I'm calling Birthday
Blossoms Versatility.
The challenge is to
make a different
card each day using
the same stamp set
in as many different
ways as possible.
I decided to make a
set of Thank You cards
for the challenge and
the technique I've
used is masking.
It was an easy
decision because I
had been editing
the Father's Day
card video earlier
during the day and
I had used masking
for that card, too.
I used the Thank
You from An Open
Heart stamp set.
That's it for today.
Until tomorrow,
happy crafting.
JanB.
