Flower Box Card

Hello Crafters.

I have been sorting
out all my retired, and
soon to be retired,
stamp sets into two
categories - to be kept
and to be sold.

I'll be selling after
2nd June 15 so they
have all retired.

Yesterday I was
making a special
order card and I knew
I wanted to make a
Flower Box Card.

I remembered
seeing the Secret
Garden stamp set
during my sort out
and I knew this has
a coordinating set
of dies.

I resurrected both
products and they
are now firmly
ensconced with all
my to be kept
products.

This is the card
I made.

I am also going
through my to be
sold pile again just
in case!!!!!!

Today I am making
another box card
but this is going to
be a masculine
card and I'm
planning to use
the Guy Greetings
stamp set.

I'll show you the
completed card
in a couple of days.

In the meantime,
I hope you have a
great, crafty
weekend.

JanB.

  2. Love the height you've got on this box card Jan. The flowers look a really lush arrangement.
Just how do you get that height without the card falling over?

  3. Hi, VeeCee. Each flower/leaf spray is on a 1/2" strip of card stock, getting taller as it goes towards the back. It is still a very lightweight card so tipping over isn't a problem. I did have to make a special envelope using a sheet of matching DSP as the card was really quite big.
