I was asked if I could make a personalised birthday card for my client to give his girlfriend that incorporated the earrings he had bought her as a gift! I love a challenge and this was probably the biggest one so far.
I came up with several possibilities but settled on using little fold up envelopes that would allow the straight-back earrings to sit in without the worry of them falling out. I also made a box for the card to make sure the earrings didn't get crushed.

| This photograph isn't too bad considering it was taken on a mobile phone and I have increased the size considerably but at least it does give an idea of what the earrings looked like once fitted into the little folded envelopes. |
